How is my price calculated?
We combine your model's current market value with its condition, storage, battery health and screen state to produce a fair estimate. You can then negotiate before you accept.

My device isn't in the list — can I still sell it?
Yes. Choose "Other / not listed", enter your device details, and a specialist will review it and send you a price after you submit.

When do I get paid?
The moment the agent inspects and collects your device — in cash on the spot.

Is my data safe?
Your ID and photos are used only to verify your identity and to generate the sale contract. They are never sold or shared with third parties.

Can I cancel?
Yes — you can withdraw any time before an agent is on the way to collect the device.

Is doorstep collection free?
Yes. Collection anywhere inside our Riyadh service area is free, and nothing is deducted from the price you agreed.

Do you buy phones with a cracked screen?
Yes. A cracked screen lowers the offer, but we still buy the device — send a photo on WhatsApp and we will price it before an agent sets out.
